Controller / Vice President of Finance - Remote

Overview

VueStay Vacations by Casago is seeking a Controller or Vice President of Finance to build, strengthen, and scale the financial backbone of a rapidly growing, multi-market vacation rental platform.

In Short

• Key leadership role in Finance & Accounting function.
• Review financial statements for GAAP compliance.
• Establish and improve close processes and internal controls.
• Translate operational drivers into financial insights.
• Develop monthly reporting packages with variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Enhance financial systems and tools.
• Participate in M&A activities and post-close integrations.
• Build and scale the internal finance team.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong accounting foundation.
• Experience as a Controller, Director, or VP of Finance.
• Experience managing accounting teams or third-party providers.
• Proven ability to build processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills.
