• Seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP, Controller.
• Lead accounting and financial reporting functions.
• Oversee global accounting operations and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and financial accuracy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on accounting strategy.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support US and international tax compliance.
• Lead annual financial statement audits.
• Evaluate and improve financial systems and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA with Big 4 experience and extensive corporate accounting.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with ERP and financial tools.
• IPO/public company experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
