Overview

The Manager, EHR Applications, is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of assigned patient care and administrative applications, ensuring strong team cohesion and customer satisfaction.

• Manage execution of work set by IT Senior Leadership.
• Oversee implementation of EHR applications and solutions.
• Champion relationships between IT and BILH leadership.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
• Responsible for resource allocation within the organization.
• Support EHR application projects and daily operations.
• Monitor department functions for compliance with standards.
• Provide education/training for EHR systems.
• Serve on hospital planning and policymaking committees.
• Directly manage staff and their daily work activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5-8 years of related work experience in healthcare IT.
• 2+ years of leadership and staff management experience.
• Ability to manage a team both in person and remotely.
• Knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications.
• Epic Software experience/certifications preferred.
