Overview

The Senior UKG WFM Timekeeping Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management Timekeeping within the healthcare system, responsible for leading implementations and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Support end-to-end implementation of UKG WFM Timekeeping.
• Translate healthcare labor policies into UKG configurations.
• Ensure accurate time capture for complex healthcare schedules.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 support for UKG Timekeeping issues.
• Partner closely with Payroll for accurate payroll processing.

• Mentor junior analysts in the WFM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Payroll, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with UKG WFM Timekeeping.
• Experience in large healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with unionized workforces.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements.
