Senior UKG Scheduling Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior UKG WFM Scheduling Analyst serves as the functional and technical subject matter expert for UKG scheduling solutions within the healthcare system, leading the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of complex scheduling environments.

• Support end-to-end implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE).
• Design and configure schedule rules, patterns, rotations, and workflows.
• Translate complex clinical staffing models into scalable UKG configurations.
• Lead implementation and support of UKG EZCall for automated call-outs.
• Serve as Tier 2/3 support for complex scheduling issues.
• Ensure scheduling configurations comply with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Nursing Leadership and Clinical Operations.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and support change management.
• Develop and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare/Nursing Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with UKG WFM Advanced Scheduling.
• Direct experience with UKG Clinical Scheduling Extensions (CSE) and/or EZCall.
• Experience supporting unionized environments.
• Prior experience with system implementations in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and nurse scheduling.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into system configurations.
• UKG certifications preferred.
