Overview

The Manager of IT End User Services is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the IT Service Management function across all BILH entities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving technology innovation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years related work experience required.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience required.
• ITIL Certification required within the first 12 months.

• Deep knowledge of IT Service Management.
• Advanced technical computer skills.
