IT Services Manager - Remote

Overview

Marigold Health is looking for an IT Services Manager who will enable our remote workforce to be productive and compliant. The IT Engineer will streamline processes of procuring equipment, setting up new employee accounts, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

In Short

• Understand Marigold’s internal IT infrastructure and compliance requirements.
• Work with vendors to optimize procurement processes for IT equipment.
• Automate user account creation and equipment setups for a growing workforce.
• Review and optimize IT compliance policies for various devices.
• Maintain email, domain, and VPN infrastructure.
• Establish technical onboarding workflows for new employees.
• Resolve technical issues faced by employees.
• Collaborate with the compliance team on customer questionnaires.

Requirements

• 3+ years supporting employees with Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.
• Experience with procurement and provisioning of accounts and devices.
• Asset Management and Inventory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 product stack and Google Workspace.
• Experience with JAMF Now/Pro, Intune, and NinjaOne.
• Familiarity with HIPAA Compliance.
• Nice to have: SAML/OAuth SSO tools experience.
• Certifications – Comp TIA, Microsoft 365 Certified, etc.
• Coding skills – Python, JavaScript or PowerShell.
