Marigold Health is a growing digital health company offering peer-led support for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to help improve the tools and experiences used by both our members and the peer support team that serves them. Your work will make care more accessible, intuitive, and effective.

In Short

• Work closely with product, design, engineering, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality features.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve internal tools.
• Translate user feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Participate in sprint planning and manage tickets.
• Analyze product usage data to improve user experience.
• Maintain product documentation and workflows.
• Coordinate with teams to share information and provide clarity on product status.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience writing specs and managing tickets.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product data.
• Excellent communication skills in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, and Confluence.
• Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
• Empathetic and curious about improving human experiences.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare or finance.
• Bonus: Experience in UX or product design.
