Application Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Application Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth integration and further development of the internal system landscape, ensuring various applications work together optimally and are continuously improved.

In Short

• Automate processes between CRM, PRM, and Dev tools for seamless exchange.
• Optimize existing interfaces and take over application support.
• Utilize low-code tools (e.g., Zapier) for process automation without traditional programming.
• Set up and configure APIs for integration of various systems.
• Document processes, interfaces, and integrations.
• Solve technical challenges and contribute improvement ideas.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
• Experience in system integration and working with low-code tools.
• Understanding of APIs and the ability to configure and manage them.
• Passion for technology and a knack for efficient processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Independent, solution-oriented working style with pragmatism.
• Advantageous: Initial experience in customizing CRM systems and application support.
