Overview

The Revenue Cycle Denial Analyst is responsible for coordinating the analysis and effective resolution of denied claims to reduce overall denials and increase revenue.

  • Manage and prioritize denied claims with third-party payers.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of related work experience required.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
  • 3-5 years of healthcare-related experience preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare concepts and policies.
