Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • RN license is required.
  • 3-5 years of related clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience with DRG Reimbursement and ICD-10 Coding preferred.
  • Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or CDIP preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
  • Strong communication and educational skills.
  • Flexibility in adapting to changing work environments.
  • Knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines.
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
