  • Strategic development of new customer relationships in the process industry.
  • Independent management of the entire sales process from market analysis to successful contract conclusion.
  • Identification and utilization of market potentials with active pipeline management.
  • Consultation at the decision-maker level on process optimization, digitalization, and ERP architectures.
  • Development of tailored solutions in close collaboration with PreSales, Consulting, and Product Management.
  • Conducting product presentations, workshops, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitoring market trends and shaping marketing and sales strategies.
  • Representing the company at trade fairs, industry events, and in industry networks.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of ERP, MES, or software solutions, ideally in the process industry.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and strategic solution sales.
  • Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of understanding and digitizing complex processes.
  • Strong communication and closing skills at the decision-maker level.
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and good English skills.
