• Experience as a product analyst in SaaS products.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Experience as a product analyst working on SaaS products.
• Degree in a quantitative or qualitative field is an asset.
• 3+ years working with data or research analysis.
• 2+ years in implementing and configuring Pendo or similar tools.
• Proficiency in event tracking and data visualization techniques.
• Comfortable with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with data analysis techniques like A/B Testing.
• Proven track record of driving product improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A natural collaborator with experience across teams.
