In Short

• Join the Product Analytics team covering all Gett products.
• Focus on the Global B2B product area and web booking experience.
• Translate data into actionable insights about business and users.
• Design and analyze experiments to optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Conduct quantitative research and deliver insights to stakeholders.
• Automate reports and build dashboards for scalable insights.
• Analyze strategic position against competitors.
• Define key metrics and solve challenges to achieve objectives.
• Lead independent research to develop new analytics methods.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a product analyst or business analyst.
• BA graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of statistics and AB testing.
• Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude is a plus.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Experience in translating analysis results into product recommendations.
• English proficiency is a must.
