Product Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Product Analyst at Kiavi, you will work with internal teams to define, execute, and launch improvements to customer experience, implement changes to credit policy/pricing, manage production support, and deliver small improvements to enhance customer experience.

In Short

• Participates in all stages of the product development cycle and XFN-projects.
• Synthesize and prioritize user needs and own the narrative of what problem should be solved.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria, translating business and customer requirements to technical requirements.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with internal stakeholders.
• Define success metrics and analyze performance.
• Deep dive into internal systems to understand limitations and propose solutions.
• Conduct pre and post-launch research and monitoring.
• Unblock the engineering team on questions during the development process.
• Assist other PMs and Product Designers with customer research scheduling.
