Product Analyst - Remote

This role will focus on ensuring the accuracy and quality of underwriting decisions and agency management metrics by overseeing various risk actions, project implementations, and analytics. The Analyst will work cross-functionally to ensure our proprietary systems and vendor information are optimized for performance. This position requires expertise in protection class data, agency metrics, and a high degree of project management skills to ensure successful program rollouts.

In Short

• Monitor and assess individual risk factors referred from Underwriting or weekly reports.
• Conduct regular quality reviews, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead the rollout of various programs, including the implementation of proprietary Fire Protection programming.
• Ensure all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
• Serve as the primary expert on public protection class data.
• Perform comprehensive data analytics on various risk and rating elements.
• Analyze agency policy outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to improve agency performance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of protection class-related systems.
• Drive system enhancements to improve agency performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, risk management, or agency performance management.
• Strong knowledge of public protection class data and vendor information systems.
• Experience in project management with demonstrated success.
• Proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with insurance policy structures and agency management processes.
• Experience with proprietary software platforms used in insurance operations is a plus.
