Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, P&C insurance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
