In Short

• Review field claim files to ensure estimates meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and accuracy.
• Build, lead, and manage a team of independent contractors dedicated to the estimate review process.
• Develop and continuously refine estimate review standards and processes.
• Oversee and manage the automated quality assurance platform.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) daily.
• Lead targeted recruitment and onboarding efforts for the estimate review team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of property claims field experience, including 2+ years in estimate review or leadership.
• Extensive experience with CoreLogic products.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in major data analytics platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of construction and repair methodologies.
• Meets licensing requirements.
