Product Manager - Operational Medicine - Remote

Overview

T-Rex is seeking a Product Manager to support development, adoption, and delivery of the Operational Medicine (OpMed) within the Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) Program Office. The candidate will work closely with senior T-Rex Technical Leads, a team of training and communications specialists, DHA leaders/staff, and DHA vendors to plan and execute product management.

In Short

• Support product management leadership in driving processes and communications to product teams.
• Facilitate transition of ownership from requirements management team to product teams.
• Support the PMO in the establishment of an Agile Framework.
• Provide Agile Project Management support for current product lines.
• Own the solution roadmap and ensure alignment with the overall Capability Roadmap.
• Act as an Agile evangelist and adaptive leader.
• Coordinate with other Solution Teams via Scrum of Scrums.
• Transition from Product Development to Operations & Support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Manager or similar field.
• Experience developing detail schedules and tracking/reporting status.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
