Overview

T-Rex is seeking a Customer Experience and Adoption Specialist to support adoption and delivery of OpMed IT Systems supporting the Defense Health Management System Joint Operational Medicine Information System (JOMIS) Program Office. The candidate will work closely with senior T-Rex Technical Leads, a team of training and communications specialist, DHMS leaders/staff and DHMS vendors to plan and execute the rollout of training and adoption activities.

In Short

  • Assist in refining an Experience Strategy Framework.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops.
  • Support Agile Product lines with user experience functions.
  • Build and support training and customer adoption capabilities.
  • Review EHR solution vendor strategies and deliverables.
  • Coordinate distribution of training materials.
  • Work with end users and solution vendors to identify workflows.
  • Assess and provide feedback on training materials effectiveness.
  • Evaluate internal processes for improvements.
  • Gather key performance indicator data for functions being reviewed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience with User Experience.
  • Experience developing training plans and content.
  • Experience with user centered design and frameworks.
  • Experience developing user experience metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
