Overview

As a Platform Delivery Consultant, you will play a critical role in setting up our customers for success, managing a portfolio of customers and ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

In Short

• Manage a customer portfolio, focusing on renewals and lower complexity schemes.
• Gather and document customer requirements, producing detailed designs.
• Design technical solutions and configure OneHub to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through the testing phase and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties for successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical proficiency with programming knowledge (C# / SQL preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic project management skills.
• Detail-oriented and a logical thinker.
• Effective communicator with problem-solving skills.
