Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field.
• Experience with scientific/informatics software like LIMS or ELN.
• Ability to model scientific data and craft solutions.
• Understand research technology used in biopharma.
• Agile mentality with quick adaptation to new processes.
• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor for scientific buyers.
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations.
