Solution Consultant - IT & Data Science - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Solutions Consultant with expertise at the intersection of complex software systems and the IT and Data Science landscape within enterprise life sciences R&D. You will partner directly with our customers to understand their unique IT infrastructure, data workflows, and analytical needs, leveraging your technical expertise to design impactful solutions.

In Short

• Engage with IT leaders and data scientists to define key success metrics.
• Collaborate with solutions consulting peers to present cohesive solutions.
• Design cloud-based integrations and develop data pipelines.
• Partner with engineers to define and prioritize new features.
• Enable successful and scalable rollouts at enterprise customers.
• Develop compelling pitches for IT and Data Science audiences.
• Contribute to best practices and product development initiatives.
• Travel approximately 20% as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with complex software systems in life sciences R&D.
• Experience in developing or working with APIs in Python or R.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineering and security teams.
• Curious and tenacious with a passion for technology in life sciences.
• Excited to collaborate with customers as a trusted advisor.
