• Primary solution leads with Benchling’s largest customers and prospects.

• Engage with product management to influence the roadmap.
• Create reusable solutions and mentor other SCs.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 25-30%.

Requirements

• PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or similar field.
• Experience with scientific/informatics software preferred.
• Capacity to model scientific data and craft solutions.
• Understand research technology adopted by biopharma companies.
• Agile and adaptable mentality for customer engagement.
• Ability to establish trust with scientists and pitch to buyers.
