As Global Learning and Development Administrator at our Global Office, you’ll be part of a team that drives extraordinary results behind the scenes to ensure our global HR teams and employees enjoy just as many memorable moments as our guests. Whether it’s through supporting digital learning activities, coordinating projects, or providing technical, creative and administrative support to the Global Learning and Development team.

In Short

• Support the Global Digital Learning Lead with online learning activities.
• Monitor and report on learning activities, compliance, and KPIs.
• Proactive monitoring of L&D project management.
• Ensure engaging communications about Learning and Development activities.
• Support administrative tasks including team accounting and budget control.
• This is a fixed term role expected to last for a minimum of 12 months.
