As Corporate Accountant at our Global Office, you are part of a team that brings the legend of Belmond to life. Whether it’s through supporting with the preparation of management information, ensuring control and compliance, supporting treasury reconciliations, overseeing accounts receivable or supporting accounts payable.

In Short

• Prepare monthly management information for departmental managers and executives.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Oversee accounts receivable management and collections.
• Assist with accounts payable processes and supplier payments.
• Support treasury reconciliations and bank postings.
• Perform month-end closing and journal preparations.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset reporting.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with third parties and intercompany affiliates.
• Work within a hybrid model supporting remote work.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and compliance.
• Proficiency in managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Ability to perform treasury reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience with financial software and reporting tools.
