Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to oversee and enhance our company’s training programs and materials.

In Short

  • Manage and update training materials to reflect business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development or training coordination.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness.
