Overview

The Learning and Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering employee growth.

In Short

  • Assist in the design, scheduling, and delivery of training programs.
  • Design and implement career path programs for employees.
  • Handle logistical aspects of training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants.
  • Manage and update training materials and resources.
  • Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in learning and development.

Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Industry as a Trainer (Desirable).
  • Experience in Customer Service or Learning and Development field.
  • Experience in developing training modules.
  • Ability to perform training on training development.
  • Exceptional English (verbal and written).
