The Director of Comparator Purchasing at BeOne Medicines is responsible for overseeing the Clinical Supply Chain vision and strategy, focusing on comparator sourcing and delivery management to support clinical studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in biopharma.
• 5+ years in comparator sourcing and people leadership.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
• Expertise in clinical trials and drug development processes.
• Experience in vendor oversight and external partnerships.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (cGMP, GCP, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
