Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/scientific fields.
• 10+ years of sales experience in Life Sciences or Diagnostics.
• 5+ years managing sales organizations in North America.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience with liquid handling automation and genomics preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with Salesforce.
• Able to travel up to 30% overnight.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization is a plus.
• Engagement with continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
