The Senior Customer Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for delivering customer support in terms of technical service, working remotely to provide service support to clients and improve healthcare through diagnostic tools.

Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech. Engineering Graduate.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer services within the IVD industry.
• Advanced technical competency in IVD product lines.
• Ability to support technical troubleshooting effectively.
• Experience with CRM software for call handling.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to drive corrective actions based on feedback.
• Experience in technical field services is a plus.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
