Overview

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a strategic and people-focused Regional Sales Leader to drive sustainable commercial growth and lead a high-performing team in the invitro diagnostics sector.

In Short

  • Lead and manage commercial execution across the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Managers.
  • Serve as a key contact for strategic customers and KOLs.
  • Analyze sales funnels and monitor KPIs.
  • Manage regional distributors and ensure compliance.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
  • Access to world-class training through the Danaher Business System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences or equivalent.
  • 14+ years of experience in a commercial/healthcare setting.
  • 5+ years in regional leadership.
  • Strong expertise in distributor management and government accounts.
  • Technical proficiency in Oracle, SFDC, and MS Office.
