Overview

The Senior Customer Support Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for installation, maintenance, and customer support for diagnostic instruments, while maintaining excellent customer relationships and adhering to company policies.

  • Requires a diploma or graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering.
  • Requires at least 3 years of experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment.
  • Must have problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are necessary.
  • Remote work arrangement available.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Graduation in Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience with In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment.
  • Knowledge of Networking and Interface issues.
  • Customer-centric attitude and ownership of solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience handling product groups is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs.
  • Collaboration skills with other functions.
