Overview

The Senior Customer Support Engineer will provide direct technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with engineering teams while having the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience leading a support team is welcome.
• Based in the EMEA region.
