An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Inside Sales Representative at BD. This role is part of our UKI Inside Sales organization, focusing on better serving small and medium accounts and accelerating revenue growth.

In Short

• Source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and how our products can improve their patient care.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to achieve quarterly quotas.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Requirements

• Inside Sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry.
• Strong commercial attributes and a science/medical background.
• Knowledge of MS Office products and Salesforce or other CRM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
