Barkbus is the nation's premier mobile dog grooming company, aiming to modernize the pet grooming industry. We are looking for a Senior Associate in People Operations to support our growth.

In Short

• Provide operational support across the People Ops function.
• Act as a key partner to the Sr. Manager, People Ops.
• Support an engaged, metrics-driven culture.
• Manage reporting and process coordination.
• Maintain and analyze People data for informed decision-making.
• Drive compliance initiatives across core People processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures for People Ops.
• Ensure HR system data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on benefits utilization.
• Act as a project manager for process enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience.
• 3+ years in People Operations or Human Resources.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of HR systems, especially Rippling.
• Experience with people analytics and benefits trends.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Google Suite and Slack.
• Strong confidentiality skills.
• A love of dogs!
