• Facilitate global pre-hire onboarding for employees and independent contractors.
• Manage compliance with U.S. state and local tax requirements.
• Respond to and resolve government tax notices.
• Assist in unemployment claims administration.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Facilitate timely payroll processing.
• Complete employment verifications.
• Draft and distribute promotion letters.
• Handle miscellaneous HR requests using project management tools.
• Support international HR operations for employees in India.

Requirements

• Exposure to HRIS like ADP or Rippling.
• Understanding of US multistate taxation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time and project management skills.
• Meticulous record keeping and attention to detail.
• Ability to address employee inquiries with urgency and empathy.
