We are looking for a talented Senior Rewards & People Operations Associate to join our People Team based in Athens. This role will be reporting to the Head of People and contribute in crafting world class compensation & benefits systems and policies that reflect our values and strengthen our position as an employer of choice.

What you will focus on:

  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of payroll transactions on a monthly basis, and manage employee queries related to payroll.
  • Administer and manage day-to-day operations of Rewards programs, including global benefits insurance plans, compensation plans, equity-related initiatives, and other related programs.
  • Support the maintenance and structure of the HRIS system as it relates to the Rewards & People Operations sector, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support Rewards projects, such as pay reviews, benefits enrollments, and bonus administration.
  • Analyze and report on People-related data and analytics to provide insights into Total Rewards program effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant legislation and regulations related to Rewards and Payroll and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HR / People field and 2 years in Rewards field and/or HR Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and create consensus
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with employment legislation would be plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot payroll-related issues and identify trends in data
