Overview

The People Operations Associate will play a vital role in creating a positive and seamless employee experience at Motive, supporting the People Operations team by maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with HR processes.

In Short

• Provide excellent customer service for employee inquiries on HR topics.
• Assist with maintaining and updating employee data in HRIS.
• Support HR processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within People Operations.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee information.

Requirements

• Adaptable and proactive with a “do what it takes” attitude.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HR-related systems such as Workday and Jira.
• 1+ years in an HR support or similar administrative role.
• Interest in workflow automation and AI solutions is a bonus.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
