Requirements

• High School Diploma required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 4+ years in commercial loan servicing required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/management role required.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial loan documentation and related systems.
• Understanding of financial contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
