In Short

• Lead the Operational Support Systems (OSS) and ITIL Governance functions.
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ITIL service management practices.
• Oversee the support and improvement of operational systems.
• Develop future event correlation frameworks.
• Govern service management practices for compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Mentor a geographically distributed team.
• Act as an escalation point during major incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ITSM activities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations or Service Management.
• Experience implementing ITIL-aligned service management practices.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale OSS/ITSM platforms.
• Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management.
• Experience with event correlation and automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification required.
