In Short

• Lead and evolve IT strategy for a remote-first game studio.
• Manage vendor relationships for helpdesk and logistics.
• Oversee IT helpdesk for effective issue resolution.
• Design automation for device provisioning and onboarding.
• Evaluate and optimize the IT stack for improvements.
• Manage enterprise authentication and access tools.
• Oversee hardware/software inventory and endpoint management.
• Create scalable processes for support and provisioning.
• Support onsite employees and maintain office infrastructure.
• Mentor junior IT team members and oversee operations.

Requirements

• Experience managing IT in a software or game studio.
• Track record of implementing automation solutions.
• Experience with MDM, IAM, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud collaboration tools.
• Strong process management and execution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and set direction.
• Outstanding communication skills and service mindset.
• Curiosity and a passion for learning.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment handling.
