In Short

  • Operate as a desk-based technician providing support for IT issues.
  • Work on escalations from service desk teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of cases.
  • Proactively manage queues and response levels.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues efficiently.
  • Update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Technologies.
  • Knowledge of endpoint protection and network troubleshooting.
  • Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMware).
  • Previous experience in a senior service desk role.
