In Short

  • Provide world-class service and support for clients and colleagues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues within SLAs.
  • Log customer issues accurately into the case management system.
  • Manage service desk queue to ensure timely responses.
  • Conduct yourself in a helpful and proactive manner.
  • Provide direct on-site field support when necessary.
  • Mentor and train colleagues to improve service offerings.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and cloud technologies.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a service desk environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft products and technologies.
  • Experience with Windows Desktop and Server OS.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Experience with Mac OS/Linux troubleshooting (desirable).
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Resilience and tenacity in problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Confident telephone manner.
