Join Babble as a Support Engineer L3, where you will provide world-class service and support for clients and colleagues, troubleshooting IT issues and maintaining computer systems and networks.

In Short

  • Provide remote support for clients, troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Work on escalations from other service desk teams.
  • Maintain high standards of information recording within cases.
  • Proactively manage your queue and response levels.
  • Complete and update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
  • Experience with network technologies and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a senior role on a service desk.
  • Proficient with multiple technologies.
