Overview

Join Babble as a 2nd Line Engineer and provide world-class service and support for clients and colleagues, troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues within SLAs.

In Short

  • Provide efficient and effective support for customer calls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within cases.
  • Proactively manage your queue to meet customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues efficiently.
  • Complete and update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience on a service desk.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience with Microsoft Desktop OS/Server OS.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and business networks.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
