Join Babble as an L2 Support Engineer to provide world-class service and support for clients, focusing on troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues.

In Short

  • Provide efficient and effective support for customer calls.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Manage response levels to meet customer expectations.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues efficiently.
  • Complete and update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.

Requirements

  • Experience in service desk support.
  • Proficient in customer support via phone and email.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin portals.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Desktop OS/Server OS.
  • Experience with business networks and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with antivirus management and backups.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and virtualization is desirable.
  • Skills in scripting and automation are a plus.
