Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in telecoms or cloud services is preferable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis.
