Overview

Join Babble as a 2nd Line Engineer, where you will provide world-class service and support for clients and colleagues, troubleshooting and diagnosing IT issues within SLAs.

In Short

  • Provide efficient and effective support to customer calls.
  • Maintain high standards of information recording within cases.
  • Proactively manage queues and response levels.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose IT issues efficiently.
  • Complete and update technical documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues.

Requirements

  • Previous experience on a service desk is necessary.
  • Proficient with multiple technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and issue resolution.
