Overview

We're looking for a motivated Service Desk Engineer (L3) to join our fast-growing and high-performing team. We're a people-focused MSP as the Service Delivery team is the key to our success.

In Short

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, remote assistance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and network issues
  • Proactively monitor clients' environments including networks and servers
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of new systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and technologies
  • Work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong customer service skills are essential
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure is required
  • 2/3+ years of experience in a highly technical environment

Requirements

  • Previous MSP experience
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions
  • Sound understanding of Windows Server and Desktop environments
  • Experience with Mac machines
  • Certifications in Microsoft 365 are preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting deadlines
  • Resourceful and able to work independently
  • Ability to escalate issues appropriately
